Job prospects for an engineering grad after an international MBA?

Suppose an Indian information science engineering grad with a less-than-stellar academic record (only in college) opts for an MBA in the US or UK (Not India), what would be his likelihood of finding a job anywhere, given the fact that MBA job market is look bleak off-late?
