Im looking for a new bank, any suggestions?

I currently use First Citizens and can't stand them. They nickel and dime you for everything, and the customer service isn't that stellar, plus for some reason there are a bunch of things I have to call an actual branch for because the 800 number people can't help me and that's frickin annoying since I don't actually live anywhere near a branch. I want a bank that doesn't have a ton of fees (like charging $2 every time you use someone else's ATM) and has good customer service plus perks like high interest rate savings accounts. Any suggestions would be great
