What do i say to my boyfriend who points out my flaws?

I'm 17, and i've been with my new boyfriend for about a week now. He gives me compliments all the time, and says stuff like "you're really pretty" etc. But he is also really judgemental (mainly because he is aboslutely perfect. He has literally no flaws appearance wise.) Sometimes when i see him he says stuff like "you're really skinny, you have tiny arms" and things like that which are making me feel really self conscious. Sometimes i don't want to look at him beacuse i know he'll find yet another flaw. Despite this, i really do like him a hell of a lot. What should i do? I currently feel like i'm really not good enough for him.
