How much more mass would be needed to cause a stellar ignition on Jupiter?

80 times the mass is the usual guesstimate. Note, scientists haven't actually measured the dividing line when a fusion takes place because no star has sprung to life in front of our telescopes. It is all mathematical theory. We know larger mass stars are fusing hydrogen while lower mass stars are brown or red dwarfs.
