Am i responsible for my parents debt?

Im 17 years old, and for the last year i have paid off alot of my parents debt,bills,petrol... I quit school so i could work and earn some more money but im so stressed and i feel like i shouldnt be doing this at 17...please help me is there any organisation or anything that could help our family?
