Help? room touch-ups?

okayy so i have a queen sized bed, a big t.v. sitting on my dresser, one of those boards u stick push pins into (i dont remember what its called lol), and i have the wall next to my bed black and the closet is black. the rest of the walls are grayish silver. my closet is small and doesnt have a door. my room is small too. i am "scene" or whatever and need some stuff to touch up my room with. i am going to fill water balloons with neon paint and throw it at my black wall. if you have any suggestions it would be stellar!(:
