Hey, I'm 17 going on 18 too...I know what you mean. I got hired at Walmart last spring. Just keep applying. Volunteer as much as possible and use the supervisors from your volunteer place as references. And make sure you follow up. Always. And don't worry if you don't know what to do. That's why they train you.
