My Altima is doing strange things!!?

You are developing electrical problems, they can be quite difficult to repair. Go have the check engine light diagnosed, that would be the first step in repairing your car. If problems persist, then take them one at a time; if you add water at all, find out why and fix the leak. You didn't say how you cleaned your engine, but if you steam cleaned it or sprayed water all over when it was hot then you may have gotten water into an electrical part or connector, and that causes problems until it dries up.
