Why do you think the media is harder on Derek Jeter than they are on Ichiro?

They have similar numbers so far this season and both have huge contracts with their teams. They are even very close in age. So why does one get the sense that Jeter's less than stellar performance is being analyzed while Ichiro is given a pass, as they say?
