What should I do to get into the USAF?

So, I've been wanting to go into the Air Force for a while now. Yes I'm only a freshman in highschool but I basically have my whle life planned out with a plan B and C. But, my plan A is to go to the USAFA and graduate to go into the Air Force. I would much rather do this then to go in as enlisted because one, I heard that it is a much better lifestyle as an officer and two because I would get college education. I have a friend that just recently got into the Air Force but he was a stellar student. I am not. So what I'm wondering is what kind of GPA do I need to have in order to get in and what else is the USAFA looking for on my college application that would help a lot? I am an Eagle Scout and I know that that helps. But I'm dying to get in and I don't think I'll have good enough grades. What would the minimum GPA be to get in?
